Our team at Volusia Med Spa is dedicated to providing you with the best “me time” imaginable, so if we ever fall short of our own high standards or yours, please let us know and we will make it right.
Medical Waivers & Consent
All clients are required to complete and sign waiver and consent forms prior to receiving any services. These forms ensure that treatments are appropriate for your health status and are part of our commitment to safe and responsible care.
Appointment Bookings
Appointments are scheduled through our online booking system (Setmore). Payment is processed via Stripe at the time of booking or service.
Cancellation Policy
Volusia Med Spa does not currently enforce a cancellation or no-show fee. However, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for services rendered. All sales are final.
No Medical Advice
Volusia Med Spa provides aesthetic and cosmetic services only. Our treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Please consult a licensed medical professional for any medical concerns.
Limitation of Liability
By booking a service, you acknowledge and accept that Volusia Med Spa and its staff shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, side effects, or outcomes resulting from treatments.
